Specifies the unique identifier used by DHCP clients. DHCP servers use this value to index their database of address bindings. This value is must be unique for all clients in the subnet to which the client is attached.
This field typically contains a hardware type and hardware address, but this is not required.
The DHCP client identifier can be a value from 0 to 100 text characters.
